1.  What is hydroseeding?

HYDROSEEDING is EFFECTIVE beating straw mulch in every category tested.  Hydroseeding utilizes the latest technology to produce a lower cost, sprayed in place blanket for use in controlling erosion on slopes while increasing water absorption and enhancing vegetation establishment.

Ingredients are nontoxic, biodegradable, photodegradable and are safe for the environment, even in sensitive areas.  Hydroseeding was tested at a national leading water research lab with Straw mulch for Erosion Control and Plant Growth Enhancement under simulated rain and sunlight.  Within 30 minutes of application the soil loss was lower than straw, it does not require any cure time to stabilize the soil surface.  The tests showed hydroseeding more effectively controls soil erosion, reduces water run off, produces heavier plant material and maximizes germination when compared with straw mulch.

2.  How much does it cost?

HYDROSEEDING is particularly cost effective when compared with sod providing grass coverage at a fraction of the cost.
